Walking in the mountains...

The walks were rated A/B by Exodus, which meant that they were not considered very demanding. The longest one on offer was 32 km (20 miles) with an ascent of 600 M, but mercifully we were given the option of turning back after the half-way lunch stop, and needless to say that was what Jean and I did. Jean has good stamina but being one of the oldest of the group she found the pace a bit brisk. I was pushed completely to my limit but managed to complete the ten miles without disgracing myself.
